Deeper analysis

Most methylation tests on the market look at only a handful of genetic variants (Gary Brecka's test analyses 5 genes). StrideLink analyses 19 key methylation genes to provide the most precise picture of your health.

Our methylation test goes much deeper.

Don’t stop at 10X. Aim higher.

Our genes are static and unchanging, but their functionality depends on our environment and lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and toxin intake.

This is where StrideDNA comes in.

StrideDNA helps you understand your genetic profile, unique methylation capabilities and nutrient deficiency predispositions, empowering you to make personalised lifestyle changes supported by our team of human health and performance experts.

Understanding Methylation

Methylation is similar to transforming raw materials into usable forms, playing a role in nearly every biochemical reaction within our cells, happening billions times per second.

Methylation is crucial for numerous body processes, including gene expression, energy production, fat metabolism, immune responses, detoxification and neurotransmitter regulation. Factors like DNA, diet, toxin exposure, and stress influence methylation.

Genetic mutations and deficiencies in key dietary cofactors (e.g., the MTHFR gene) can impair methylation and affect the body's ability to convert nutrients effectively. This can cause various chronic conditions, such as impaired immunity, fatigue, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, cancers, and mood disorders.

StrideDNA Link products extract data from your existing DNA data file. Please note that not all genetic locations needed for our full report experience may be available, depending on the provider and version of your existing DNA test data.
