2.4. Each clinician engaged by us to prescribe Products (Clinician):

2.4.1. is registered in the United Kingdom with the General Pharmaceutical Council;

2.4.2. holds accredited pharmacist independent prescriber qualifications; and

2.4.3. is trained in providing remote consultations and issuing prescription medicine online.

3. ACCESSING AND USING THE WEBSITE

3.1. To use our Website and/or to purchase and/or use our Products and/or Services on our Website, you must be 18 years of age or over. By using our Website and/or placing an order for Products and/or Services, you confirm you are 18 years or over and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3.2. We only provide our Website for domestic and private use.

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend the operation of our Website at any time. We may also restrict access to some parts of our Website to those users who have registered with us.
